One of our many roles as an association is to inform our members about specific issues that may affect their taxes as well as general information helpful in enhancing the quality of life within our beautiful shore community. Members of the Joint Council of LBI Taxpayers Associations (“JCTA”) have produced this document for the benefit of all LBI property owners and parents of the students. Every effort has been made to make this document a factual, unbiased comparison. Sources for the information included here are cited in each section. This document can be updated based on new information as it becomes available.

LBIF Holiday Market
The Long Beach Island Foundation of the Arts and Sciences will host its festive Holiday Market Exhibit starting on November 16th through December 15th. A preview party on November 16th benefits Coastal Volunteers in Medicine. Showcased for the month will be unique handmade artwork from more than 50 artists and vendors. It is all for purchase at affordable prices, for those buyers who are looking for very special artisan gifts during the holiday season!
