St. Francis Hosts Financial Success Center Open House

Brant Beach — St. Francis Community Center is celebrating one year as part of the Financial Success Center network with an open house from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28. Stop by the center, in Brant Beach, to learn about the FCS, a United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties program that provides comprehensive resources to help residents move from financial difficulty to economic well-being.

As the FCS website, uwmoc.org/fsc, explains, “Our tools help individuals and families work towards their financial goals, and services are customized to meet their needs.

“At all FSC locations, you can meet one-on-one with a trained financial coach who will work with you to develop a personalized action plan to meet your financial goals in three key areas: increasing income, money management and sustaining and building your savings and assets.”

A financial coach will be on site at the community center on Tuesday to provide information about local resources as well as referrals.

And, new this year, according to St. Francis communications coordinator Lori Dudek, the program will offer tax preparation services to clients. Information will be available at the open house.

To learn more about the open house, contact Delaney Cronin at 609-494-8861, extension 116, or fsc@stfrancislbi.org. For additional information on the Financial Success Center, or other St. Francis programs, call the community center 609-494-8861, or visit stfranciscenterlbi.org.
