The Long Beach Island branch of the Ocean County Library in Surf City will host an estate planning workshop on Tuesday, April 23, beginning at 10 a.m. The presenter is Paul Daniele, who has been practicing law in New Jersey for more than 50 years. His legal services include helping individuals and families address their need for a will, living wills, special needs, trust, healthcare proxies, power of attorney, business succession planning and more.
Daniele is also a member of the nationally recognized Elder Counsel and the N.J. Bar Association committee on estate planning. He earned his law degree at New York Law School in 1967. Aside from his background in estate planning, he also served as an assistant prosecutor and later as a judge for the city of Newark.
