Bridge Project Update Is Keynote of ‘State of the Chamber’ Jan. 15

Manahawkin, NJ — State of the Chamber is the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce’s annual business event that updates on impactful issues affecting the regional economic community. The 2020 event takes place Wednesday, Jan. 15, at the Mainland Holiday Inn ballroom, 151 Route 72 East in Manahawkin, with check-in beginning at 8 a.m.

Attendees will get firsthand information on the final phases of the Causeway Bridge Project as managers from the N.J. Department of Transportation discuss the details of the work on the gateway to Long Beach Island.

Municipalities in the Downtown Driven project will also report on happenings in the boroughs of Ship Bottom, Beach Haven, Stafford, Barnegat, Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton.

Information on new chamber programs will be presented, as well as the chamber’s strategic planning schedule to direct the business community through the next decade.
