Snow Joke: Pine Shores Art Association exhibits its “Deck the Walls,” exhibit from Nov. 30 through Dec. 28 with a reception planned for Sunday, Dec. 16 from 2 to 4 p.m. The Manahawkin gallery is open to the public on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. Admission is free.

Small Biz Artists: Yoga Bohemia sponsors a show, “Art Inspired by Giving Thanks,” at Firefly Gallery in Surf City through Dec. 29. Seventeen local artists display their works ranging from painting to mixed media. Twenty percent of the proceeds from sales will go to the Lotus Project, an arts therapy nonprofit to help those affected by someone else’s addiction or mental illness.

Bring supplies; easels are available. This is not a class, but Ramsay offers pointers on oils and acrylics on request.
